Freund der Berge, a DJ from St. Johann im Pongau, was born in 1992. From a young age, he was captivated by electronic sounds, though his passion for music extended beyond electronic genres to rock, metal, and hip-hop as well. However, his true love remained the electronic sound.
During athletic activities, he found inspiration by listening to sets from his favorite DJs, using them as a source to discover new tracks for his collection.
At 25 years old, he finally decided to learn how to mix, studying the craft in-depth. After about a year of dedicated practice, he landed his first gig, though the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily disrupted his burgeoning DJ career. Once the pandemic subsided, his DJing really took off, leading to an increasing number of performances.
Some of the highlights of his career so far have included playing at the Grand Lighthouse Festival in Bad Gastein, Fm4 Unlimited am Attersee, and various Gipfelsessions, where he had the honor of sharing the lineup with artists he had long admired, such as Kristian Davidek and Functionist.
