Gipfelsessions Ticket Giveaway Grand Lighthouse Bad Gastein 2024
1. Data protection declaration
Personal data will be collected or used by the organizer solely for the purpose of performing and executing the competition prizes. The data will only be stored for as long as the above purposes requires it. The participants are entitled to legal information, change- and revocation rights.
2. Organizer
Organizer of the competition is Gipfelsessions, represented by Dominic Knab, Liechtensteinklammstrasse 99, 5600 St. Johann im Pongau. (Further called “organizer”)
The raffle is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored or organized by Meta. The contact person and recipient of the information provided by the participants is Gipfelsessions only.
3. Conditions of participation
By participating in the giveaway by following the @gipfelsessions and @lhfofficial Instagram channels and commenting on the giveaway post, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and the privacy policy. Eligible participants must be 18 years or older, follow @gipfelsessions and @lhfofficial on Instagram by the end of the giveaway period, and comment why the want to win the tickets and name a friend which should accompany them to the Grand Lighthouse Festival Bad Gastein 2024 underneath the giveaway post. Participants have the chance to win 1×2 weekend festival passes (without accommodation) for the Grand Lighthouse Festival in Bad Gastein from 25. – 28.01.2024. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Selling to third parties is prohibited. Legal recourse is excluded.
4. Duration of the competition
05.01.2024 – 11.01.2024, ending 17:00 MEZ
5. Participant’s mode:
The prize will be randomly drawn among all followers who follow the @gipfelsessions and @lhfofficial Instagram channels until the end of the giveaway period and comment why the want to win the tickets and name a friend which should accompany them to the Grand Lighthouse Festival Bad Gastein 2024 underneath the giveaway post. The winner will be announced under the giveaway post on Instagram. Participants explicitly agree that their name may be published under the post in the event of winning.
Winners must react within 7 days of being notified by stating their contact details.
If the winner does not respond within the specified period or the prize can not be delivered due to incorrect information, the prize will be forfeited.
The organizer reserves the right to change the raffle, interrupt or terminate the raffle, especially if for technical or legal reasons, a proper execution of the raffle can not be guaranteed. Such reasons may e.g. Computer viruses, manipulation or ateempted misuse, hardware and / or software bugs, or changes to the Facebook promotion policies.
Similarly, the organizer reserves the right to remove abusive contributions or contributions that do not correspond to the “net quota”, without comment.
Participants who violate these Terms of Participation or the Instagram Terms of Use and Policies may be barred from entering and blocked from accessing the sites for any reason.
Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.
The conditions of participation are subject to Austrian law.
